If you are in the process of taking your degree in sales, marketing, finance, IT, or similar, or it is a maximum of 2 years since you completed your bachelor's or master's. In that case, you have the opportunity to become part of our 2- year graduate program.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
 The graduate program is modular in a rotating course so that during the two years, you get around different departments. You will also participate in a number of both internal and external workshops to develop your skills and capabilities. Throughout the process, you will have a permanent mentor attached, who supports you throughout your development and focuses on constantly strengthening your competencies and helping you develop the toolbox needed to take on greater responsibilities.

The graduate program is a high priority for our management, and our graduates from previous years have created remarkable results and contributed significantly to the group's success. There will be ongoing structured status meetings with our CEO and HR director, and we are very focused on creating the best possible framework for developing talent and future leaders. Our goal with the graduate program is to help you secure the capabilities needed to fill a role as a manager or specialist. Either in the group or another company.

CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
 You will gain thorough insight and training in how we successfully select and develop our dealer network and thereby drive sales to the end customers. You will learn to understand and map the world around you so that you will be able to navigate the value chain towards our dealers and put together successful products and campaigns. You will also gain a thorough insight into and understanding of the sales funnel and our operating model.

At the end of the stay, you will have acquired knowledge about our performance culture and how we manage, develop and support the dealer network to ensure growth and increased market shares — all to create robust financial results. Furthermore, through the course, you will gain insight into trade and interest management across national borders through our cooperation with factories and stakeholders in Europe. This will strengthen your intercultural and communicative abilities and develop your knowledge further into the challenges and opportunities that international collaborations can create.
